All our original Cactus Spirit designs are made on-demand. As soon as you place your order our third party partner gets to work printing, packaging and sending you your special delivery. This on demand business model allows for 0 waste, we only produce product when that special Cactus Spirit needs us too.

It usually takes 2-7 business days to create a product and fulfill the order.

The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. 

Partial Discount - We are a small company so we cannot offer you a refund if you order the wrong size or just have buyers remorse. We will however offer you a one (1) time discount on the correct sized item. Please contact:

Full Refund - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please take a picture of the damaged item and send with the product order number to the same email address stated above. We at Cactus Spirit will resolve the issue within a 5 business day window. 

Lost in the Mail - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact your local post office to try locating the lost order & check with neighbors because all orders are tracked. Once we receive information from the delivery company that the tracked item was delivered it will be very difficult for Cactus Spirit to replace that item. If you have questions, please email Cactus Spirit at the same email address stated above.

The return address is set by default to our third party partner's facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Cactus Spirit. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third party partner facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third party partner's facility. The cost of reshipping will be required by our customer (if and as applicable).
